I honestly don't see why people don't like her. Her voice has always been more suited to country. She's not a particularly 'mean' girl, and she sings well when she's not doing theatrics...

I heard in the news this morning that she was booed during her performance. I'm not a fan but I'm thinking this country album will probably be her best selling. Let's hope that all the songs are as good as come on over. I hate albums that only have one song worth listening to.

well i'm not a fan of hers really - never have been but i guess as long as she's getting back out there - then it's a good thing for her. she hasn't done anything in such a long time that it's just getting tiresome seeing her wander around the world and vacationing. i hope that this album does better than her others, but i have a feeling that the country fans may not take to her as quickly as she'd like. they already have their golden girls.

Well, fortunately the 'Kenosha News' doesn't get huge circulation, but national news has got the story as well. I don't listen to country, so hopefully she'll stick to it and I won't have to run into her pictures so much

I can't stand her and I think she is a talentless hack with big boobs. She got booed and a horrible review for a reason. I do think her album will do well...its country music...so...uh...yeah.

This is such a shame. She's got a great country voice, I really like her song "come on over". I've been a country fan my whole life, and I cannot BELIEVE some of the reviews of the concert I'm hearing. Country fans are usually so much warmer than this. I'm actually ashamed right now to be a country fan if this is how they treat a new country artist.

She's trying to be Carrie Underwood now. This girl has no real identity and so changes herself for every boy she dates. And how convenient that she's from Texas now that she's releasing a country album. She hasn't lived in Texas in 20 years. I'm glad Kenosha has the sense to see her for what she is. Maybe Pop and the rest of the world will catch on to this phony.

This girl has no real personality of her own and I can't stand her singing voice, no matter what she is singing. She annoys me so much. She is one of my top 5 most hated celebrities. I will have to think about the other 4. She is #1.

Wow, that must sting to again be relegated to an opening act- and not even on an arena tour or for a major country music star. Fleurfairy, you hit the nail on the head about her changing identities to match her current boyfriend. She does seem to be one of those woman who can only find her identity through a man in her life- starting with her whole "Daddy's Girl" thing. When she doesn't have a boyfriend, we always see the reemergence of Ken Paves as her "stand in man."

As for why people don't like her- unfortunately, she has made many career mistakes that have led people to believe she is talentless and relies on her "assets" (as flaunted in the "These Boots Are Made for Walking" video) to keep her in the spotlight. Exhibit A: the part in DOH where she drawls, "I think sompin bounced up into my UNDAH-carrudge!" I will take nails scraping a blackboard over that any day.
