I still prefer the brooding and sexy Michael Keaton's Batman, too, bleached. Why did his voice have to sound like they were using a voice diffuser or something to that effect? I found that very distracting.

i saw video of CB getting mobbed at the airport and he made his wife & daughter go ahead while he signed autographs. it was sweet the way he kissed her little head goodbye.

LOVED THE MOVIE and saw it in IMAX so that was awesome..Heath did such a great job as the joker....he was funny, clever, evil and just plain fun...Hugs n kisses to Heath, seriously...everytime he came on the screen, I got butterflies and I know it's the mental effect of him being dead, the hype around this character etc etc but he was really the best part of this movie....I reaaally like Christian Bale and he's sexy...adorable family...go see it if you can, let the hype die down and get IMAX tickets...the 18 wheeler flipping over on an 80 ft screen is cooooooool

BUT my God after watching The Dark Knight I'm having such a mad crush on him now. i hope it stops b/c i have this incredible need to watch all his movies, read his magazine interviews etc. just to fill my Bale crush satisfaction. and it's only been day two. lol.

I first saw him in Swing Kids and he was a great actor even back then! I also loved him in Little Women and Newsies. But American Psycho showed off his amazing acting chops. Love him! And Emmaline is too adorable!

He had me at Newsies. He was completely amazing in Batman, but like some of the others have said, see him in the Machinist. Wow. Just wow.

Pinkflats - he lost all of the weight by surviving on an apple and cigarettes as his daily diet. Blech. He has said it wrecked absolute havoc on his body and he probably would not do it again if he had known what it was going to do. I think I probably just joined you in the fangirl category...

The Machinist was difficult to watch...CB was a walking skeleton...it was creepy but he was brilliant. i loved him in american psycho; parts of that movie are hilarious
