Since I find her so whiny and annoying, I hope the tumor renders her unable to talk for a few episodes, and I wouldn't mind if she had to suffer a lot, lose her hair, go through the sweats and other things that are normal for people fighting brain tumors.

All that might even get her an award nomination.

I don't know what to think when these things happen. I love this show, like her character, and think that she delivers a good performance. However, I don't think that she has great range as an actor, and was probably at her best in Knocked Up. I think she shot herself in the foot by pulling herself out of the Emmy race. Silly woman.
