i saw the ad, and i doubt that it'll make me want to vote any more -but i thought that it was 'lovely'

love them both. christina's makes me tear up a little and madonna's makes me nostalgic for the simple 90's (when i was 7 with at least 5 madonna posters in my room)

I'm a huge Madonna fan but this one definitely goes to Christina. I will have to say if Madonna created a new one, I'm sure it would be MUCH different from her old one. Or at least I would hope

Wow. I have to say Christina hit it out of the ballpark with this one. I'm sure she wasn't the one that came up with the concept, but the ad got me so teary-eyed. Beautiful and understated but such a powerful message. Kudos to her.

That Madonna ad certainly is vintage. That's when she still knew she was an American. Wonder if she does Rock The Vote ads in England now with her British accent.

I liked them both, christina sings soo beautifully and madonna's was really cool and orginial.

Madonna's was tasteless. Christina's voice is amazing, but I don't think that ad will make anyone want to vote apart from her fans.

I really like them both for different reasons. Right now the Christina Aguilera one goes perfect. A young mother comforting her baby singing a song about America. The state of our nation. It just seems so right now and current. However the Madonna Video was perfect for the 90's. It was the height of the gay activism and one of the first few times we saw openly gay males on TV. The 90's was all about sexuality, activism, sex, and awareness. Both caught my attention as a kid and as an adult. " Power to people is as good as Sex".

Christina's is definetly better because it is soo sweet and innocent but its really powerful! I just loved it, it made me tear up a bit because it was sooo sweet!

I found Madonna's ad disrespectful to the leaders of our country and it looked like she didn't even care!

Christina's is beautiful and sweet, and it moved me. Maybe it will move young mothers who realize that they need to vote to make this country and this world the best place possible for their little ones to grow up in.

I love both. Both videos reflect their different personalities and talent. And it was done well.

Christina: Her voice is a gift from God. I was deeply moved by her voice, too. She sang a capella, no less. Her voice was so beautiful, she did not need music. Wow.

I don't like either. Sure, Christina sounds lovely, but I'm really bothered by how she says "It's time to make history, it's time to Rock the Vote." To me, she's saying "It's time to vote for Obama," when the message is supposed to be "we don't care who you vote for, just vote."

Aww I love Christina's ad. It was so sweet and simple, but it was very powerful.

Simpler times! The world was very different when Madonna did hers, and it was quite brave and cool having obviously gay dancers in it with her. Christina's is sweet and touching, with her little baby, and very 00s. But Madonna takes it, I think.
