I think it is very considerate of Beyonce to wear something so simple, so her sister gets the spotlight on her birthday.

it's as if solange was like you guys have to be as understated as possible no hair no makeup no color and then i'll wear the loudest craziest brightest dress i can find -- that way for sure they'll look at me and not at you beyonce.

actually her dress is ok -- for a dress that beyonce's mom probably designed -- but the shoes are horrible
