I think she looks naked and uncomfortable--like she's trying to cover up with her fluffy purse. To me, this is a good example of how two sexy elements (low neckline, short skirt)combine to make not sexy. She does have a lovely figure.

For those asking about the dress- this specific Herve Leger dress comes in many different guises (strapless,long,short,etc) but always with that "bandage" effect. Lohan had a rainbow one a while ago. BTW-I think Rachel looks great!
