i have to admit i just find her really sad and untalented. she seems to change her personality with every man she dates, and she also appears to have no idea where her true passions lie as an artist. pop music, then country, bad movies.....i don't get why she's still famous. what has she ever contributed that was worthwhile or interesting?

Yeah, I agree with Pinker that real WOMEN don't eat meat. I get that it's playful, the thing is, I am sick of hearing other women say stuff to me about how they are carnivores because it makes them "carnal." I'm a pretty passionate, hedonistic person myself, and I don't think that I need to eat meat to prove that. I just like to limit my hedonism to things that only harm myself, like drinking too much or being indulgently lazy on the weekends. Mostly, real women don't tell other women what to eat. Kthx!

I actually think it's offensive to women in general. I thought a little more about it, and really I think it's supposed to equate meat eating to a sexual thing. Like women who eat meat are carnal in nature and would also be wilder in bed. Only, not women, because it's a sexist shirt, "girls." Stupid. I think it is a dig at Carrie and it just shows she is very insecure which she should be, because she has no talent and I find her to be slightly tranny-looking on most days. Some days, not so much. Her hair is very pretty (the only thing I every compliment about her) , but other than that, I really find this chick annoying and not pretty. These are very flattering pictures of her. Tony is so much hotter than her. I would be incredibly insecure if I was Jess because Carrie has more talent in her pinky finger than Jess has all over and she is far prettier.

As for being insecure- I think this is furthest from the truth. She is not afraid to say ditzy things or admit she doesn't know something, she is not afraid to go out without a scrap of make up since she is probably comfortable with her natural beauty unlike many celebs.

Like her or love her she has taken a lot of nasty ridicule and bulling from some blogs but still doesn't show any bitterness and still comes out smiling.

I personally don't find the shirt cute, funny, or clever. Taking a clean, literal interpretation, what is it about eating meat that makes a girl "real?" A sexual interpretation suggests that pleasing men through oral sex is only done by "real girls." Bish please. All around it's demeaning. It would be equally or even more alarming to see someone wearing a "real boys eat meat" shirt. People would be disgusted by the implications of pedophilia but since calling women 'girls' is pretty acceptable, it's okay to make a shirt like this and even cheered by some when a woman wears it.
