John Mayer wasn't in Hawaii, he was in Hong Kong.
He was there since last Tuesday, staying in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. He was headlining for the exclusive Coach flagship store opening party for Friday, along with DJ AM and the Jabbawockeez.
I know this for a fact because I saw him there, in clear view from the front row. His performance was somewhat disappointing though, he went through his songs hastily without switching them up as he usually would, and seemed really tired. But perhaps I, as his absolute fan, am too harsh on him as he crooned perfect notes, and was dashing as always.

I just hope wherever she goes and whatever she does she is happy!
