I can't WAIT for tonights episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Izzie is my favorite character, so I really have a soft spot for KH, I just hope with all her big screen success she won't leave Grey's.

She's so annoying and whiney. I wish she would just go focus on her film career and leave Grey's. It would be easier for me to avoid her in films.

I don't care that she is a smoker. I'm a smoker and there are others too, and this article makes me feel like crap. I know smoking is bad for you, but then again, if you have too much of one thing of course you'll die from it. Someday I will quit smoking, it's my choice when. Give her a break next time she has a nasty cig in her hand please. I think she is a cool person, from what I know. Who knows.

For some reason I think it looks weird when pretty girls have a cig in their hand. Not putting smokers down since it's ultimately their choice but to me, it looks odd.

yeah seriously i agree with kythera. i'm not even a smoker (anymore) but it seems that every single time you put up pictures of heigl and she has a cigarette you push the anti-smoking agenda.

I love both her outfits! Grey's could have delivered a MUCH much better ending than it did, but then again, my hopes for it have gone down the drain this whole season. And those comments about smoking made me think of Letterman asking Shia if 'word got to him that smoking was bad for you' haha. People know, those 'truth' ads don't really help, they're kind of annoying.

she erks me, she's not pretty to me and I think she a horrible actress who's been lucky to be sounded by decent cast mates and Izzie is my least favorite character. She has an early man look (caveman/woman) I know I sound like such a hater right now but who knows I used to HATE Gwyneth and I like her now...whatev.

with all the talk about her leaving the show - you'd have assumed tha they would have given her an out in the finale - but that wasn't the case...quite the opposite actually. i wonder if it was just hype about her leaving.

Kythera - I am with you 100% on this smoking issue. I smoke too, but not a lot by any means...and I will quit whenever I want. Pop's anti-smoking agenda is really annoying...I don't think its necessary to constantly point out the evils of cigarettes...I think everyone gets it by now!

For those bashing the anti-smoking "agenda" of Popsugar, try to remember that young girls, those who are more impressionable, read this site too. Besides, if you are as okay with smoking as you say you are, why do you care what's written on a website anyway?

Any time I ever see a post about Katherine Heigl on here I swear that she's being attacked for smoking. Lots of people smoke. I'm sure they know that it will kill them. Blah, blah, blah.

With that said, not every post on Britney or Lindsay Lohan attack them for smoking. Just give the girl a break. At least she's not out every night partying and flashing her crotch to the paparazzi, haha.

Speaking out for the smokers here too. It's old, we get it. I don't think there's a smoker on EARTH that doesn't know, "SMOKING KILLS" We don't need billboards reminding us, we don't need every gossip blog in america reminding us, we don't need the anti smoking ads on TV reminding us. Our families, friends and doctors do it plenty, believe me. We are already treated like second class citizens because we have to stand 25 feet from any entrance in order to have a cigarette. We can't even smoke in BARS anymore. Next thing it will be we can't smoke in our CARS, then we can't smoke in our YARDS and on and on. I completely understand that people don't want to be around smoke, okay I get that, and I don't begrudge that, but why do business have to be FORCED to have non-smoking sections? If they have them, shouldn't it be the publics choice not to patronize them? Instead they've legislated it. How about legislating alcohol? It kills as many people as tobacco. I mean, take pot for example. It is a harmless drug. You rarely hear about someone getting pulled over for driving while on pot. Maybe pot AND something else, but not pot by itself. Yet, it's villified to the point of being illegal. Has that stopped people from doing it? NO! If anything it's made people do it MORE because it's illicit. Look at the countries where it's legal, do they have the problems with drugs that we have here? NOT EVEN CLOSE! However alcohol, which is a WHOLE lot more harmful is legal to consume after you turn 21. Cigarettes are 18, someone tell me how any of that makes any sense at all?

Allyou people who hated Katherine Heigl and complained about the slightest of her actions must really LOVE her in disguise otherwise you wont be bothered to read up on her news nor scrutinized her every photo.
I think Katherine is a very talented, stunning actor and I am very proud to say I am a fan of hers. She was great in every movie she did even if the movie itself was not.

Oh another thing...her smoking does not bother me at all. I am not a smoker nor ever been a smoker but others want to smoke, so what??
Who am I to judge . Lots of people including actors smoke in Hollywood. Why keep picking on her and her alone?
I dont like people smoking around me but that can avoided and I certainly dont act like an idiot when they do.
