this may be old news, but i recently caught a bbcamerica special called "what's eating victoria beckham?". it's a pretty cool, slightly caustic look at her transformation from seemingly normal, average teenager to fashion-oriented, paparazzi-focussed robo-chic with pneumatic boobs. the weight, the skin, the boobs . . . it covers it all.

"Victoria Beckham looked all serious as she headed to a meeting in London yesterday."

Ummm doesnt she ALWAYS look serious? I've yet to see her veer from that much....

I think I caught some of that on BBC Canada a while back raptinrainbows.

It's nice how she subtletly changes her hair color not going from brown to blonde in one day, like some people do. Yeah, I saw that on BBC too, she is not naturally emaciated.

I personally liked her long hair better than the short cut, but that's just me.

What I saw of the show was interesting, I caught the middle of it while flipping the channels and then realized Digging For The Truth was on (yum, Josh Bernstein), so I missed the rest. If you have BBC America or BBC Canada, just keep an eye out, it's sure to air again. Check the website for the station to see their schedule.

I honestly don't think she's pretty. She's all angles and there doesn't seem to be any curves about her not even in her boobs. Her boobs seem like torpedos or something. And she's never smiling! Is there a fashion law about smiling?

the bbc special implies that she stopped smiling because her teeth weren't all they should be. (they've since been "fixed", of course.) but who knows. why, for example, do the olsen twins rarely smile? i'm sure there's nothing horridly wrong with their teeth.

I love Victoria, and I think she'll change her hair, when shes good and ready, she said she stopped wearing extensions because they would fall out during the heat of passion, but anyway during the last few weeks weve been seeing her, it looks like shes gaining some much needed weight. Either way she looks fantastic.

She wouldn't have celebrated Mothers Day, as it falls on a different date in Britain, it's not the same days as Americans celebrate it, she probably sticks with the British version.

That documentary is complete tabloid tripe, totally blown out of proportion. She is very down to earth and an excellent mother of 3 and wife to David for 9 years. OBVIOUSLY a 17 year old un-famous person is going to be different to a 34 year old mother of 3 who is in the public eye. We all change, but paparazzi pix do NOT represent her true personality and what she is like in the privacy of her home.

exactly d22. that program made me laff they spoke like they knew her personally lmao. Its all contrived, stereotypical tripe. They give the public what the public want.

no one on this post has said or implied that paparazzi photos represent the "true" vb, whatever that is. i took great pains NOT to call it a "documentary". for me, it was all about the entertainment value.

btw, how long have you known her? you seem quite definite about what she really is like.

I'll always love Vicki B but I agree with Brian that she needs to switch things up a bit, and I also agree that she was prettier with long hair and about 15 extra pounds.

always working on some business deal isn't she? promoting the DVB line takes a lot i suppose. she looks cute there though.

i just like her...and i don't know why!! maybe because she trys her best with all her boys, including david. you see her alot with all of them. always dressed to the nines and never in flats! definatly not down to earth, but a person i'd really like to meet.
