Good luck to her. I don't expect much change though. Kevin's lawyer is going to fight it big time. I just hope the media isn't too crazy. TMZ is already parking their live cams outside I'm sure.

Yeah, I don't think she'll get them back. Well at least i hope not, if she still needs someone to watch her. But hopefully she'll be able to see them a bit more! she deserves that.

What I wouldn't give to be a fly on her wall for about 48 hours to finally know the truth of what she is really like. I even wonder if the judge knows.

i'm sure that her dad will drive her to the courthouse and things will be great for her. i can't imagine that the judge wouldnt increase her visitation at this point. Brit's really made a difference and as long as she's got stability around her (i.e. daddy) then things will just get better.

she sure as hell right now does not deserve full custody, you cannot act a fool and expect to get your kids she is no different than any unfit mother that i have come across the only thing that makes her somewhat different is she has money and fame

I agree. She doesn't deserve full custody but they could grant her more visitation rights. I wish her the best but for as much as we would like to see her with her boys, Britney is not "mother material" and never will be.

I also don't think that she will be getting custody back anytime soon but I do believe that the judge will increase her visits with her sons. It's going to take more then a few good months before there is a major change in this custody case.

I think I read somewhere (honestly can't remember where) that Kevin was for increasing her visitation rights as she got better, so I doubt his side would fight that overly much if said report was true.

On an interesting note, over the weekend while at the laundry mat waiting for the washer to finish up, I found myself reading some really old issues of US Weekly that were lying around. I mean, Brit and Kevin at the start of their relationship, Brad and Jen were still married, Angelina was supposed to be rekindling her relationship with her first husband (just prior to the filming of Mr & Mrs Smith). Paris was dating Nick Carter and was still adored by the tabloids.

It was kinda amusing.

I hope she gets more time to spend with her boys, but I agree with everyone when they say that she shouldn't get full custody. Not that there's any chance of that happening anyway.

Maybe she would be a good mother if she got well and rid of all those people who uses her. I'm so happy things have turned to better direction and that Sam Lufti is totally out of the picture (he should be locked up!) She was suffering from the depression after birth, then was the divorce and then for somehow she got surrounded by the people who made her to be a total puppet. Anyone would have gone crazy.
