Yay for the "Sugars"! Great addition!

This makes me SO happy! I LOVE the sugar network, and got engaged on October 1st, 2007. We set the date promptly for October 5, 2008 - which is 6 months away - already!!! We've been going crazy with the planning, and I'm just thrilled to have that you guys opened this!!!

YAY, i've been waiting for this to start, got engaged 6 weeks ago and have been stock piling bridal magazines for ideas. The wedding isn't until next year but this will be great help.

Certainly not for everyone but I have to say that the funnest most unexpected experience I've ever had at a wedding is when my high school friend proceeded to walk down the isle to the traditional wedding march and then we heard what sounded like a record scratching. Everyone let out a gasp. Well the music started again but it wasn't the wedding march. My friend picked up her skirt and boogied her way to the alter to "She's A Fine Mama Jama!" It was a riot.

ha, nicole815. I'm getting married August 9th too. The place where we're ordering the cake says it's a very popular day this year.

According to Chinese tradition, the more 8's you have on a date, the better luck you will have for a long and happy marriage.

of course, i picked that day because my fiance loves nofx and they have a song called, "august 8th" which talks about what a beautiful day that is.

...and august 9th is the closest weekend to that day.
