Last night's AI was more exciting than the boring boys from Tuesday. While I felt that most of the performances were just okay, the girls were way more entertaining to watch. Buzz and I disagree on a few of the ladies but there were some we both loved like the fabulous Melinda Doolittle. She deserves to go far not just based on talent but because I love her attitude. She's not cocky and I always hate when these girls get all diva-ish. The biggest disappointment of the night was Antonella Barba. She was terrible although I don't think she will get booted since she's hot. Other highlights from the show, Simon teasing Ryan about wanting to date Alaina Alexander (awkward moment, right?), and the fabulous finale with another one of my favorites, Lakisha Jones. I would also like to point out that Simon clearly has a thing for curly hair. He got all gushy and praised Sabrina Sloan (below, far right) last night who was good, but he claimed she was the best performance (until he saw Lakisha of course). Just so you all know, take a look at Simon's girlfriend, Terri and the latest winner of X-Factor, Leona Lewis (the UK version of Idol). I think someone clearly knows what he likes.
