It's about the ruminations on the life of Bob Dylan, where seven characters embody a different aspect of the musician's life and work. Since Heath has to play Bob Dylan, he has to look the part. Usually he's not one to grow his hair and beard as much as he has. With Britney looking so horrible every time she's out, I can't believe Heath LEdger is being scrutinized.

depends on the kid. a new baby to a first time parent can be overwhelming. getting up to feed and change that baby every 3 or 4 hours leaves you exhausted. it takes adults 4 to 5 hours to get to rem sleep (real rest), it takes a baby a few minutes. so the adults are always exhausted for the first few months.
