Well...hellooooo hot Ryan Phillippe running stairs in LA. It's been far too long since we've gotten to see Ryan working out — what better time to sit back and enjoy the view than for a little Friday afternoon manjoyment. We used to see Ryan's fitness regimen all the time (ahem, with a certain Gyllenhaal running budding, wonder why they don't do that anymore?). Anyway, let's not ruin this with words ... go bask.
