well knowing that part of the reason that they broke up before was due to his partying lifestyle - and knowing that he's changed - i can't really see any issues with this couple. i like them together - she's adorable and so is he....and they seem happy.

Kate is far from "just hanging out". Kate presented her Glamour Reel Moments short film, which was her directoral review, at the Miami International Film Festival. I certainly hope has changed.

I think you're jumping to conclusions here. It's nothing but rumor so far. As someone previously posted, Kate is there to premiere her short film at the Miami Film Festival AND she is with her son.
