I don't think she's necessarily getting all the much better. I think she's just "playing nice" because she knows she has no choice. Let's see what happens when she's no longer under conservatorship... she may well end up driving around Los Angeles like a maniac again and staying out all hours of the night and going out without her pants on. We all know how deep her rebellious streak goes.

Hoping that she really is getting better. She has put on some weight that I hear is from her meds so if she is finally taking them that is a good sign. And, it seems since her dad is involved the paps are being a little less crazy. Not much, but a little. The most important thing is for her to get healthy so she can be a mom to those beautiful boys.

Ugh. I could care less about this woman. Why should we "hope" that she'll get better? She's obviously brainless, and all that has happened is her fault. It's like hoping Amy Winehouse will get better.

i may be one of the few who really thought that she was going to be a ble to turn it all around. thankfully having her family there is really doing good for her. i hope that she continues to stay on this path so that she can be the girl that everyone loved

It's so good to see her cleaning up her life. I'm so glad that people were able to intervene. It seemed a little nuts that the whole world was watching her break-down and no one was doing anything to stop it.

I know that Lithium does make you gain weight, esp in your tummy area... looks good to me! I would rather her have a slight pooch and be saneish.

back on track because she's managed to not get strapped to a gurney for about a week? Please. For the rest of us regular folk, i think that would hardly be considered "back on track".

I will say this sack of starbucks and cigarettes is back on track when she learns how to dress correctly, stay home and wear clothes that fit her.

I just saw on dlisted that Ryan played a song Britney and Heidi Montag recorded together! I don't know if it's for real but it really sounded like them.
