Hey Winners, It's Time To Pose With Your Oscar!

Straight from the on-stage high to the press room with their newest hand weight, all the winners were happy to pose with their Oscars last night. All the acting winners β€” Javier, Daniel, Marion and Tilda – were shining as bright as their awards while the Coen brothers each walked off with an armload. The presenters also stopped to pose for the cameras without statues, but still glamorous nonetheless. Overall the Oscars may have been a bit blah, but there were still some classic moments, shocking upsets and gorgeous red carpet looks. Congrats to all the winners, but I think I love seeing Javier and Diablo with their little gold men most of all, you?

J-Hud needs to look a little bit more like she knows she's lucky to be standing next to Javier. Thank god she won't be at the ceremony next year. Ugh.

I am really happy for all the winners. Marion Cotillard is adorable. I am happy she won. I had no idea the lady in that movie was so young, 32, and she played that old lady so well. Congrats to her. That was a great night.

I thought Marion was so cute when she won. Smiling Javier's win was awesome too. Did you all hear him he profess his love for me in Spanish? Eye-wink My favorite part though was Helen Mirren. I LOVED how "regal" and beautiful Helen looked walking out and presenting the Best Actor Oscar!

I love Marion Cotillard!!! She so deserved the Oscar!!!!
Before this movie I never heard of her, but can't wait to see what she'll do in the future.
Javier Bardem was so charming! Penelope is a lucky lady!

Candice80, she was also in Big Fish and A Good Year (both with Albert Finney, which makes me wonder if he's had a hand in mentoring her stateside career).

yay for marion, she was spectacular in la vie en rose. and it's pretty much the only oscar film I've seen so far (waiting for the rest to come out on dvd), so I was really rooting for her.

I love Marion and her gorgeous dress. She seems so sweet and genuine. I havent seen La Vie En Rose, but I did see her in a french movie called "love me if you dare" a few years ago and she was fantastic.

re marion: her joy was so beautiful when her name was called.

i feel like the only bad person in this thread but i wish actors could win oscars for creating characters instead of mimicking them. their mimicry is incredible and requires a lot of work, but i always tip my hat to someone who is created out of no one.

Genuine, that's exactly what I thought of Marion. Didn't see the movie yet, but I'm quite sure she deserved it.

Daniel Day-Lewis was not a surprise, he’s a true talent.

I'm happy with all the winners this year. But I think Marion Cotillard's acceptance speech was awesome: "Thank you life. Thank you love." That's gonna become my new saying Smiling
