Britney Finally Sees Her Boys

Britney Spears spent her Saturday with Jayden James and Sean Preston after a long seven-week separation. The supervised visitation happened thanks to Jamie Spears who continues to be a driving force in bringing Britney back to normal. The three-hour visit at her Studio City home was also accompanied by her psychiatrist. Kevin's bodyguards provided the transportation for the boys. While it was only a short visit and probably a sad goodbye it is great that the boys know their mom is still around to be a part of their lives. Let's hope the visit will remind Britney she needs to stay out of trouble in order to keep seeing her children.

she seems to be doing so much better. I hope she is on the road to recovery. The boys do need their mother in their lives...as long as she is ok and not acting crazy. Thank goodness for her dad. He seems to be getting through to her. Hopefully it lasts and she gets her life in order.

I have to wonder what's going to happen once her dad is removed as conservator & she's not forced to have him in her life. It would be really sad to allow visitation and then have to suspend it, again, because she's back on the crazy train. I seriously hope that, for the sake of those little boys, the court has taken that into consideration.

If this is a sign that there would be less and less Britney Spears stories, then this is definitely a good thing!

Jamie Spears has done wonders on helping Britney to see her boys. I just hope that she is thankful for all of his help and she continues down the path of recovery.

Did she take them shopping & leave them in the car this time or did she leave them by an open pool & smoke cigarettes around them? She didn't bother to show up to court to KEEP her parental rights which are hard to lose in the 1st place!

I don't know abt anyone else but I don't care abt Britney getting "quality time" with her kids.

Seems like having her dad in control for a while will be a good thing. Now, the hard part will be for her to stick to it, whenever the conservatorship stops.

I agree with Trixie. My biggest concern for those boys is what will happen when Jamie is no longer "helping" her. They definitely need their mother, but I too hope the court considers all the issues when the time comes.

That said, I'm glad to see this Britney. I got it in my head to watch her videos last night, and if you go back and listen to them, those songs have some serious foreshadowing in them. It's almost scary.

i am so happy to hear she finally gets to see her children. as many problems as she has, there is no reason those kids should wonder where their mother is. of course it should be supervised, however, i can't help feeling like this is the right thing to do. i hope she gets through this hard time...

I agree, Trixie6. It's really not fair to those boys. Britney Spears has yet to prove that she can function as an independent. I feel so sorry for those boys, being thrown into this mess.

What Trixie6 and tiabia said Smiling

Did she ask for the visitation, or was it something that K-Fed pushed for? Because she hasn't really seemed that interested in her custody case anymore...

And you have to love how she basically didn't have to do one thing to see those children. It's all Jamie's.

Julienne- exactly! She isn't getting better by any means. She just has a ton of people around her watching every move. It's like she is 3 or 4 years old and she is having a supervised play date.
I am sure she loves those children but not quite fit to be a 'mother' to them.

I agree, Tiabia. She hasn't proven that she can act without having her Dad babysit her. So the court allows the 'therapeutic' visitation and her boys get used to seeing their Mom. When her Dad is removed as conservator she goes batsh*t crazy again and can't see her kids? Who gets hurt in that situation? I don't think this was a wise decision at all.

The visit is thanks to Kevin, who has always tried to keep Britney part of the kids lives, even taking them to visit her in rehab last year.

The kids look so happy here because this is a photo taken in front of Kevin's house, where they get regular baths, clean hair, and playtime. Britney is nowhere around in that photo.

From the reports her supervised visit was for three hours and required the following people be present:

    1) Her father
    2) A member of Kevin's security team
    3) the court appointed monitor
    4) a lawyer from the conservatorship
    5) a psychiatrist

And with all of that, she wasn't allowed to leave the living room with any child.

Ginger, with all of those people there it sounds like to me that she is obviously not getting better and no one really trusts her so I don't get why people are saying that.

Re88, I think those measures are based on previous "events". My point is not to say she's getting better but to try to explain that those security arrangements haven't much to do with her actual state. In case something happened the court would be doomed. So of course they do everything they can to prevent it. I heard there was police too in the neighborhood.

    Good for them!

I'm glad she was well enough to spend time with them.

They need a MOTHER and FULLY Functioning MOTHER!!

If children were ment to be raised by one person it wouldn't take to people to make them.!!!!

Get your Sh!& together Ms Spears!!

    * No disrespect to any single parents, just my feelings is all.

Good for her. She's been a part of those little ones lives since they were born and then all of a sudden, they don't get to see their momma for 7 weeks. It must have been hard on them. I really hope she can get herself together for the sake of those adorable little boys. They need her.

AMEN TO THAT stina. I sometimes think that the Britney Bashers want to see her fall again. It's terrible. Whatever happened to pulling for someone? Have we, as a society, become so jaded that we believe if someone screws up regularly for a long time that they can never get well? That's very sad. True, it doesn't always happen, but there ar
