you guys are brutal! picking on a newly pregnant woman who is probably over the moon with happiness! There are lots of lip plumping products on the market now that don't involve injecting anything. Lining your lips a certain way will make them look fuller. Do you really think she would do anything to harm this baby??? A baby she has wanted for so long?? I seriously doubt it! Its amazing how people will pick apart a pregnant woman, a child, or the disabled with such ease.

Faerymagick15. People are only pointing out that her lips look weird and unnatural. Nicole Kidman used to have some of the prettiest lips I have ever seen (by the time she did "Days of Thunder", her upper lip used to be thinner than her bottom lip, and that made her mouth look like a doll's, very cute in my opinion), now they look, pardon me for saying this, just gross.

Love her (hello Moulin Rouge) but...she really needs to chill out on the lip injections. Anyone remember the 90's when her lips were normal.

I know most people love her but she really bugs me for some reason and I have no idea why.

eveday, I get that, yes I do...most of the people are just saying whoa! But there are some that get nasty and its uncalled for. Honestly. I would expect that over at PerezHilton or TMZ but not here.

I will try to forget the scary lips and say she looks great (not as good as she was before she started “botoxing”), and the dress amazing! Glad to see the baby bump. Wish her the best with her pregnancy, truly.

Nic used to be beautiful, but now she's injected so much botox in to her lips and face, she's devoid of any emotion. She also looks like she's getting married in that dress!

Face aside, in some pics her hair almost looks like her natural red and its absolutely gorgeous, I wish she'd stop holding onto the blond- at least go dark strawberry blond.

In the middle picture she looks like she is more reddish blonde than normal. It might just be the lighting, but I think she should go with that. I miss her red curls from Far and Away!

While she may be a botox-er, I've always felt that she most likely relied heavily on chemical peels and surface treatments. Botox might freeze your muscles and keep you from developing wrinkles, but I don't think it would change the texture of her skin. She has had a shiny forehead for years, and I think that was from surface treatments. That would also keep one from getting wrinkles.

Botox/collagen injections and pregnancy hmmm...those lips stand out a mile away. Vagina lips bahahah good call biz

Show me a lip plumping product that doesn't involve injection that makes your lips look that big.

I've had crazy results from LipFusion and LipFusion XL, but that upper lip of hers is beyond any topical treatment, especially considering how thin it used to be.

I love Nicole...but come on FaeryMagick15 that top lip is OUT OF CONTROL...she either got injections or a held a bag of angry worker-bees to her top lip!!!
