She should be allowed to see her babies with her parents or Kevin present. It's not like she is going to take a machete and wack their heads off. Those boys need to see their mom soon.

There are rumors that the conservators are trying to find a private facility to treat her for her Bipolar Disorder. The poor girl probably doesn't know what she wants.

I'm sorry, how can they not come up with a time/place? Are any of these people even working? What the hell do these idiots (Brit, Kevin and Mrs. S included) do all day that none of them "has time" to do what's right for these kids?

Everyone needs to compromise a bit, but since Brit's got the pull to rearrange her schedule any way she wants, she needs to bend a bit more, especially if she wants to appear (in the eyes of the court) to want her kids back.

All it takes is for Kevin to drive them over tonight to see her if it meant so much to him.

This whole situation is stupid. It's all about money. She's still talking in her British accent which is ridiculous and it shows me she isn't better or getting better she just has more supervison and is kept from acting out by her dad. She's going to lose all her money. I wonder what Kevin will do then? I hope he's thinking about the future. I read where she's down to 35 million and that's not near as much as she used to have. She'll be doing stupid things like appearing on reality shows and dancing with the stars just to make money.

I definitely think Britney DOES need to see her kids and be apart of their lives, but only until she has given time to herself and gotten herself on track. Speaking as a child of divorce, and as a child who has a mother with a lot of issues ... I am 21-years-old and am just now forming a semi-normal relationship with my mother and that is only because she has recently gotten her sh*t together. Britney can't be the mother her kids deserve until this happens which is still a long way away. Sure, she's shown signs of improvement, but I doubt she is capable of forming a solid, healthy relationship with not only herself but her kids as well.

Yea, she still doesn't really seem to be all that interested, it's like she's being forced to go to court, but at least someone is keeping an eye out for her, I guess. I just can't imagine a mother not fighting til the end for her little ones. I still think that a lot of this "Behavior" is triggered by post partum after she had Jayden. All the REAL wackiness started after she had him....

It's not so simple to arrange a supervised meeting setting that will guarantee the kids are safe and won't be traumatized. The last time they saw their mom she was taken away on a stretcher with police all over the place. Nobody can guarantee she won't go nuts with the kids around again.

I find it sad that she can find the time to put on a ton of make-up, but she STILL "forgot" to wear her panties (yes, she flashed again). I think she needs a lot of help getting over her paparazzi addiction.

If she is trying to go behind the backs of her conservators to regain her rights and freedoms (NY lawyer, Sam, Sands), and not look after her mental illness issues properly, I have doubts that any judge would seriously think she was interested in her children at all and thus, not grant her visitation.

Even with the bipolar issues, if she really wanted the kids, she could have them. She has to really want them in the first place...

She's almost made me forget that she's even a Mother. Bi-polar or not, those sweet boys haven't been a priority for her in a long time.

Well, I honestly hope they figure something out. I couldn't imagine going through that.

I think she wants to see her children very much. It must be heartbreaking. I couldn't imagine the guilt, as well as a plethora of other very bad emotions she must be feeling right now.

she couldn´t find time to take the drugs tests they were asking her for (they were too early in the morning for a popstar) so it doesn´t surprise me they don´t get the agreement to see the kids.

if she really WANTS her kids she wouldn't have missed drug tests,wouldn't dressed inpropriate for court,wouldn't be late for court,wouldn't refuse to show up whenever the court called,wouldn't randomly do stupid things effected the battle result let alone it was so obvious loser Kevin kept his eyes on her moves to threaten taking her kids and ALL the money away.she's stupid!

I was never a Britney fan, but when I see a fellow mom spiraling out like that I stop with the insults and jokes and wish her the best for the sake of her kids. I've seen what happened to 2 boys who grew up after having been rejected by their mother. And to this day it's not pretty. I hope she gets better soon so she can WANT to be in their lives again and do a good job once she gets there. I think she has it in her.

I wish I could see her proactively getting some help. i can't see her getting better if the only reason she's not behaving as usual is because she has her dad as a 24/7 babysitter.

I feel sorry for her kids if they have to see her again. She's still not well.

this has to be frustrating for everyone involved. it seems like kevin is admitting to not being able to handle the kids 24/7 - and he wants britney to have something and now the courts aren't really allowing it just yet. i hope that they are able to resolve things since she's really making an effort it seems.

There is nothing here to suggest that Kevin can't handle being a single parent. He's always tried to maintain a relationship for Britney and her sons, just the same as he worked out a peaceful shared custody with Shar and his other kids. He recognizes that it is in the children's best interest to have some kind of relationship with their mother.
