Mary-Kate's Reduced to an Extra

So remember how MK dropped out of NYU to pursue her solo acting career. She was ready to leave her twin behind and start stepping out as a serious actress. Well, she got a role in the much hyped Factory Girl but if you blink you miss it. In fact, MK was reduced to an extra due to "creative decisions." Thanks to MollyGood, you can watch her scene now. Poor MK. We were actually looking forward to seeing her big debut.

AHAHA! I bet her just standing there is better than Sienna's "acting" the whole movie! The only reason in hell that I woulds see this is for Guy Pierce

Oh snap! I didn't know Guy Pierce was playing Andy Warhol, I love him, he was awesome in Memento and L.A. Confidential.

Its not like you ever see her talk anyways, the two of them are so boring and frumpy.

Oh my, and her publicists probably made a big deal about her 'acting' on forehand...what a shame!

Wow thats embarassing...I guess it goes to show that some child stars aren't meant for the big time.

Haha, that is so funny!!! If I were her, I wouldn't have even taken the role. She must be desperate to be an actor.

Good GAWD. That's pitiful for her.
I also loved Guy Pierce in "Pricilla, Queen of the Desert" and "The Time Machine".

i can't believe you guys feel bad for her! she probably got paid a ton for just that bit. and, let's not forget all the other wannabe actors/actresses who have had to pay their dues to get any sunstantial role and didn't just get lucky at 6 months like poor rich, famous, mk.

i bet those "creative decisions" had to do with the fact they couldn't find a creative solution to keeping her anorexic ass conscious and vertical for more than 5 minutes- hence she gets a 5 sec scene . HA

She and her sister are the heads of DualStar, right? I don't feel even a little bit sorry for her. She's got all the time in the world to become a world-class actress and all the $ to do it with!
