i love me some natalie portman. i have been a fan of her work since the professional. she is just so talented and it is nice to see actresses rely on just that. talent instead of looks!

She is a good actor but something about her irks me. I dont know what it is.... maybe she's too perfect? I wish she would get drunk an yell at someone or give Bruce Willis a lapance like a normal 20something. then i'd be all over her like ivy.

Natalie's okay in my book, my issue is with Harrison Ford, isn't he a little old to be playing Indiana, not that I would want anyone else to attempt it.

I am a big Natalie Portman fan, she reminds me a Russian Ballerina ... She is so feminine, small-framed and naturally beautiful ... She doesn't wear a ton of make-up or try all that hard. And she isn't afraid to try new areas- shaving her head for that movie and not wearing a wig out in public I thought was pretty brave of her ...

btw, ROTLO is my favorite movie of all time, so i'm a little concerned about dragging out the mummy that harrison ford has become to reprise the role that made my 8 year old heart skip a beat...

plus, what has karen allen done in the last 15 years, except a bad episode of law and order? harrison is going to be like, "who are you again?"

I agree babybeluga, it seems to depend on who people like, if they like you, no problem with the nudes scenes, the actress is liberated, but if they don't, then the actress is a slut.

Ok, first off I am not too happy that Indy has a daughter. I think Natalie is really cute and all, but Indy isn't supposed to have kids! Not to be harsh, but will she have longer hair in the Indy movies?

I've loved Natalie since I saw her gamine face in "The Professional". I saw her on "The Actor's Studio on Bravo" and she was so funny, she's smart, but she's young and can be silly like everyone else. She's probably one of the top three most real and talented young actresses in Hollywood right now. I agree with Shiloh though, she could play Indiana Jones' grandaughter because Harrison Ford should be close to 70 now.

I think she is a phenomenal actress, and very beautiful. But she's just rubbed me the wrong way ever since she made that uppity comment about people who work for pay are prostitutes or something like that.

As for Indiana...I sort of want to remember him the way he was in the early 80's. Harrison Ford is still a handsome man, but I don't want to see an aged Indiana. Some characters should remain forever young...Indiana...Mad Max...etc.

I agree Pinkylover, now that would be gross. Maybe someday we'll get to see an old James Bond too and all those one night stand children that he has, now that would be a movie.

She's a great actress but offscreen she comes across kinda too dull for me. I saw her on FUSE with Hugo Weaving back when they were promoting V for Vendetta. Really boring chick. I don't know the name of the program. I guess it's their version of TRL, but the host was trying his best to make the interview fun and relaxed but she and Hugo just sucked the life out of it. I didn't even bother to finish watching it.

I just like her because for the most part, she avoids the whole Hollywood scene. She's also a respectable actress. If they are going to have a daughter in this one, I'm just SO glad it's not going to be Hohan, Simpson, or any of those washed up nobodies.

I like her, but she made those comments about being a wh*re for $$$$$ and now she has joined not only the Star Wars dynasty but the Indiana Jones dynasty too, just seems a bit commercial for someone that acts as if she does not do commercial things

Love, love, love Indiana Jones. But yeah, I'm with everyone who pointed out that it's not gonna be fun with an old, decrepit Indy. How's Harrison supposed to jump onto moving vehicles and outrun savage natives now? And I'm not happy about Natalie playing his daughter. She's a fine actress and all, but she does NOT seem like the type of girl who would appreciate Indiana Jones, so she shouldn't get the privelege of being related to him. Argh.
