I haven't seen her skin in a close-up, but from all of the pictures I've seen, the only things that aged her were the blond hair and the harsh makeup/bronzer. Now if she gets rid of the bronzer and tries a softer look, I think she'd look right around her age.

Her sister, on the other hand, just seems to have a mature facial structure. She looks nothing like 13.

Ugh. She looks great. I agree that sometimes she looks run down, but I find it a bit absurd to say she looks 40 as well. If you know people that look better than her at that age, then that's awesome for that person! The tan looks silly. She's got fair skin and should just accept it. Tan looks out of place on her. But even when she looks like crap, she still looks hot. Red is definitely her best color, and this seems to have some red to it, but no matter the color, as much as I want to say she looks bad, she doesn't.

Lovin this hair color on her. Hopefully, making this change will also be signs of changing other aspects of her life....but prob wishful thinking
