Huh? Really? I'm really surprised by this. She usually dresses well (not here tho) but I wouldn't say she's the best dressed woman in the world. They should also title this Best Dressed Celebrity in the World. I'm sure if Anna Wintour was more exposed she would be up there too along with a ton of other people.

High waisted denim/trousers are back, whether they flatter everyone is different story. But then again skinny jeans don't flatter anyone but look at the mass appeal.
